Handle the work instead of reading about it

Telling real data from demo data is the point

None of these figures belongs to a client. They are generated to resemble a real operation without being one, and every piece says so on screen.

A firm that does not distinguish demonstration data from real data will not distinguish them in your reporting either. So the label sits in plain view, not in small print.

The three pieces

  1. 1

    Operations dashboard

A contact centre operation of roughly two hundred agents: interval volume, average handle time, adherence, occupancy, service level, quality, cost per contact, and forecast against actual. Filter by period, campaign and team, and drill from the management view down to team detail.

  2. 2

    From spreadsheet to system

The before and after of a real anonymised case: a spreadsheet with tabs, broken formulas and versions circulating by email, against the measurement system it turned into.

  3. 3

    Continuity simulator

Pick a critical process and an outage length, and see what is lost in hours, in transactions and in estimated cost. With recovery time and recovery point objectives explained in one line each.
